AutoTrickler App Privacy Policy

The AutoTrickler app is a free app available on the Apple App store and Google Play store which enables a user remote control of their AutoTrickler system via Bluetooth.

The app is only useful for someone who also has an AutoTrickler.

For Android and iOS, this app requires location permission to be enabled because it is required for a Bluetooth Low Energy connection.

In order to make the Bluetooth connection this app uses the cordova-plugin-ble-central plugin.

The app only provides remote control of a machine via a direct Bluetooth Low Energy to the AutoTrickler hardware. In order to make this connection, the Android platform requires the location permission to be enabled first.

This app does not collect, store, or transmit any data from the user. No personal data is collected or stored. The app does not access the internet. The app does not store any data on the user's device. The app does not determine the location of the user. The app does not communicate your location with any third party. The app does not communicate your location with the developers. The app does not store, sell, or make public any personal data. Your location is never linked to your email, name, or other personal identifiers. Your location is never determined by the app internally or externally. The location permission is simply a requirement to allow a direct BLE connection to be made.
